My Savior

Image
Jesus is my savior!!! Blessings to all. Our freedom was brought with a price. That price was death. Yet we have life. We can choose between life and death. Know that your life is in God hands.  God loves us that he send, his only son Jesus to die on the cross. It is at the cross; you have been set free from bondages. At the cross, we now have life. At the cross our savior died for us. At the cross, sin has no power over us. At the cross, it is where life begins. Oh that sweet cross, that Jesus carried for us. All those 39 lashes for us. By his strips we are healed. My God, oh my God we love you so much. I don’t know about you but, I love the Lord so much because he died for me. He is the only God who rose on the third day and he  forever  lives. He is the Alpha and Omega. He is the great I am. The Lord has been so great and wonderful to us. We need to just take time to say thank you, Lord. Lord, I thank you for all your greatness, your mercies, your peace, your love and kind

Blessed

Seek God for your blessings!!! Here you are after the battle, walking into your promise land. Only to realize those around you are jealous of you. The question is, would you be willing to do what the person did to be blessed. Many people only want the end product. They have no desire to learn the ingredients it takes to put the masterpiece together. Or even try for a better masterpiece. In the bible, it was the spirit of jealousy that caused Joseph’s brothers to despite him. Each and every one of us, have our own promised land. How hard you work for your blessings, will determine you   entering  and receiving it.  For instance, people looking at you from the outside, only see everything together and want it. The question is, when your fridge was fasting, what they were eating. When you on your knees night and day, what were they doing. When you almost lost your home, what were they doing? When you were crying in the wildness, where, were they? You see the problem is, not wanti

Obedient

Trusting in the Lord at all times! Many people wants a blessing, but not everyone is will to work for the blessing. In some cases, others want to receive, but they have no desire to have a relationship with God.  And some, just refuses to be  obedient  to His words.   We must thank God that He is not partial, but He loves and treat all of us with fairness. There are times we may sometimes ask ourselves is God for real! The answer is  Yes . You see, He does not judge us according to our good deeds, but according to our heart, and our  obedience  to trust in Him. The other day, I asked God why does it look likes others are prospering? He told me to stop looking at what my eyes are seeing and to trust in Him. There are times you may feel that you are serving the Lord and your blessings are taking too long. But I learned to trust in Him  anyways ! I read palm 73,I was  surprised  to see a man of God struggling with the issues I was facing. In verse 1- 3 it explains, “ Surely God is

I will trust in the Lord, at all times!

Fear is an emotion that can paralyze a person. According to the dictionary, fear means  to “to be afraid or apprehensive”. The Bible tells us “ Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me” (Psalm 23:4).  However, there are times when you are walking through that valley and you forget the word of God, which says he will always be with you. I like to watch a show called “Untold Stories of ER”. There was one story that strikes me; there was a young man who was rushed to ER, non-responsive to any questions asked of him. He was in a cationic stage (only stared and no body movement). The only sounds came out his mouth was a lot scream of person who needs help. Every so often he would just scream out. His wife said he was healthy man. All test results were normal. The only thing left was to give him psychiatric meds in hopes that it would help him. When the nurse went to administrate the

Friend

Jesus is your friend Who do you trust in? Let it be God. To see God in his glory, you must first acknowledge him and believe that he is the Son, of God. You must be aware that he died for you and me so we can live, life to the fullest with him navigating every move.  “I am the true vine, and My Father is the  vine dresser . 2 Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away;[a] and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words ab

Report

Only believe the report of the Lord Where does believe begin? It begins in your mind, that's why Christ said we are transformed by the renewing of our mind. It is your believe that would help you to overcome. What you believe in, that’s what will make or break you. Whatever you feed your mind that’s what you will become. Suppose you believe you are rich then you will become rich. Why? Because you will try to find ways in which you can make yourself wealthy. Do you agree or not? It is the same with the Lord, that’s why he said it is impossible to please him without faith. You may ask what faith is. Well faith is your believe to trust in him to bring you out of your problems. Let’s look at the bible passage in Romans 4:17 which states,  “As it is written: "I have made you a father of many nations." He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed--the God who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were” .  Let us look at the last

Children

Image
Children are a blessing from God!!! The Bible tells us, that children are a blessing. Many of us are parent(s) and as a parent(s), you always want the best for your children. Being a parent(s) is not always an easy job and it is sometime challenging. But, the word of God says to  “train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).  Many of us are believers and we pray for our children daily, believing as we do our part, God will send forth his angles to protect them. Now we must be serious with ourselves and be aware that our children are not going to always be around “goodly people”, for a lack of better words. However, we too are not always around “goodly people”. We work around different people of many beliefs, ethnic cultures and the list goes. But we who, are in the light of Christ Jesus always stand out from the crowd. This also goes for our children. You must know that just as Satan has his eyes on us, he has his eye

I am not afraid

Image
Jesus is always with you!!! When the storms and life issues start roaring at you, you can sometimes become worried and fearful. But the Lord teaches us not to be afraid but to put our trust in him.  “Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong; for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart” (Psalm 37:1-4). What are the storms? Storms can be your children given you problems. You have lost your job. You are unable to pay your bills. Your spouse has left, etc. the list could be endless. But know what every situation you are faced with today, that’s your storms. Remember to hold on, change is coming. For Jesus will catch you, before you fall, that’s if you  trust  him to catch you. When we look at Job, he was a God fearing man. Yet he lost many things. Nevertheless,

Repetition

Image
Jesus is an awesome friend, and father to all!!! I recently observed that the key to success is repetition. You may ask why? In order to master any skills you must be good at it.  For example, none of us are Bible Scholar. Well I speak for myself. Nevertheless, the more time I spend in the word, reading and meditating, the better I become of being aware of Gods’ promises for my life.  Many of us want to be successful individual, but you have to put in the work, in order to prove yourself, or even to stand out from the crowd. I was talking to a kid and he told me that he goes to R eligion School  and it is boring. He explained that you read these books and then answer the questions. (Now I know the God, I served is kind, sweet, awesome and a miracle worker). He had the book and he showed it to me. As I review the book I find myself being bored, because I was trying to understand Jesus through a text book. I have discovered that the Bible is not a text book or a novel you read jus
