Jesus

Image
Lord help me All day long they twist my words; all their schemes are for my ruin. 6 They conspire, they lurk, they watch my steps, hoping to take my life. 7 Because of their wickedness do not[c] let them escape; in your anger, God, bring the nations down. 8 Record my misery; list my tears on your scroll[d] are they not in your record? 9 Then my enemies will turn back when I call for help. By this I will know that God is for me (Psalm 56:5-10) Praise God that when we are in Him, we don’t have to be in fear. We no longer have to live in fear. I don’t understand, or maybe I don’t want to understand why other think they can use fear to attack a man or woman of God. Guess what? It will not work. When you know who you are and whom you belongs too, nothing coming against you shall prosper, IJN, AMEN. This is why it’s important for you to build your trust and confidence in Christ, Jesus alone. I don’t know what you are facing today but rest assured that God is always with you and He n

Lord help to be obedient  As I was mediating on Luke 5:1-11 , I was amazed when Jesus called his first disciples. I recognize that Jesus first spoke to the people by encouraging them with the word of God. And this helped to build their faith to believe. After this he instructed Simon to go out in deep and let his net down. Then Simon said because You said, I will.   I could happen to think, how many times the Lord instructs us to do something and we loved to ask question and think it through. Instead of saying Lord because You said so, I will. Their obedience to Jesus’ instruction caused them to receive a huge harvest, where their nets begin to burst and they called those who were around them to be blessed. Even though, the Lord is calling me to bigger and better things, I sometimes loved to ask too many question. For now, I will have to remind myself not to ask too many questions. Nevertheless, I have to follow and be obedient to His direction on what to do, to get a break

Trust

Image
God is faithful “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6) When we have faith to stand on the promises of God we are saying to God, we trust in you no matter what our situations looks like. Faith is to trust and trust and trust until you can’t trust no more, but still trusting. It means never to give up on your believe that God is faithful and He will do what he promises. However, when we are in the fire, it seems, we are faced with many thoughts to quit, to run, to give in and to give up. But that’s when we have to press forward, knowing that our victory is closer than we thinks. My friends learn to trust in God despite what you see and feels. When you faith is in Him, who can be against you? What storms, can keep you down? NOTHING, because when Jesus is with you and you are with Him, nothing forming against you shall prosper, IJN Amen. Stay blessed an

No Afraid

Image
Jesus my friend. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."(Joshua 1:9) When the storms of life starts to rage it’s not time to run away but time to face it head on, knowing that God is with you. When the enemy can’t get to you, he uses things, people, or place to get to you, but that’s when you stand firm with the shield of God and let the devil know that no weapon forming against you shall prosper, in Jesus name. Amen. Your mind must be made up, that whatever is coming your way will not hurt you but will bless you. So don’t be discouraged, but stand firm knowing, God is in control. Be encouraged and stay bless.

My Lord

Lord my trust is in You “In You, O Lord, I put my trust; Let me never be put to shame. 2 Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape; Incline Your ear to me, and save me. 3 Be my strong refuge, To which I may resort continually; You have given the commandment to save me, For You are my rock and my fortress (Psalm 71:1-3)”. There is a great song that “goes one day at a time sweet Jesus it all I am asking of thee, to give me the strength to do everything that I have to do. Yesterday is gone, sweet Jesus and tomorrow may never be mines, Lord for my sake teach me to wait one day at a time”. And yes my friends there are times we have to take our daily walk with Christ Jesus one day at a time. We must follow Him step by step trusting that He will make provision for us. It’s not always easy to trust in Jesus but it is possible when you have faith. Sometimes when I think about all I have to do in one day, I can get overwhelm. But as I begin to worship, somehow the Lo

Love

Image
Jesus Loves Misunderstanding can cause much confusion. And we must recognize it’s a trick from the enemy to make us upset, fight and argue with each other. Nevertheless, because we are children of God we have to power to walk in love, peace and harmony.   Many times, one person may say something and we take offense to it. Other times we just hear what the person is saying wrong. Instead of us asking for clarification we begin to fuss and argue. And right there the devil is having a field day because that’s what he wants. Love, peace and joy are the keys to living a fulfilled and peaceful life. We are people of different culture, background, ethnicity, etc. but we have one thing in common that’s Jesus Christ. He is always the same yesterday, today and forever more. He lives inside of us. We carry the same spirit. All we need to do is be like him. We might not like each other’s but we can love each other through the love of God. The word for today is simple, let’s put aside

Hope

Image
God is with You “To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul. 2 O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me. 3 Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; Let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause” (Psalm 25:1-3). Have you ever notice when God begins to open new and better doors for you how the enemy seems to fight? But guess what keep moving forward and don’t look back. Don’t even look at what is coming against you but look at who is for you and that is Christ, himself.   I don’t know if lately you have been feeling like you are going under. But I am here to tell you don’t give in or give up. God has NEVER failed anyone nor will he fail you. Today you might be reading this and maybe feelings as though all hope is loss and hell is breaking lose. But guess what no weapons forming against you shall prosper. NOTHING, POINT BLANK!!!!! God never bring us this far to leave us. You have to recognize that’s a trick from the devil to m

Thank You, Lord

God is Faithful “Praise the Lord, my soul!   All my being, praise his holy name!2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and do not forget how kind he is. 3 He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. 4 He keeps me from the grave and blesses me with love and mercy. 5 He fills my life[b] with good things, so that I stay young and strong like an eagle”(Psalm 103:1-5). When you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, you can withstand all the storms, droughts and all that is coming against you. Relationship with God is important because it helps you to stay focus and it gives you a purpose to live life and live it more abundantly. Not until you find yourself with your back against the wall with no help form others do you find yourself crying out to God. Most time He always helps us out. Nevertheless, we must never forget Him and all He has done for us. We must not put him on the back burner. But we must acknowledge Him daily and recognize that we are the one who needs Him. The word

Courage

Image
Trust in the Lord, ALWAYS   What is courage? The Webster dictionary defines courage as  “mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty” .  In the book of Joshua chapter 1 we see, that it was courage that lead Joshua to follow God’s instruction. It is told that after death of Moses, Joshua was found crying, and the Lord instructed him to be strong and courageous. God told him to get ready to cross His people over the Jordan River. How many times the Lord gives us instruction to complete a task and we feel afraid and sometimes  “chicken out”.  We wished we didn’t have to complete the task. And sometimes feels that someone else can and should, do it. But we must remember that the Lord does not give us a task unless, he thinks we can handle it. Like Joshua, we need to stop crying, get ready to cross and strengthen ourselves in the Lord. We need to make room to enter into the land flowing with milk and honey. Not just enter but enjoy the bles

Endurance

Image
God Loves You Walking is very important. A person must have the skills of endurance to walk, the walk, talk the talk for our loving Savior, Jesus Christ. The walk is not always easy but it is WORTH it. None of us is perfect but we believe and trust in the one Jesus Christ, who is. We must do our best to seek Him daily and when we have done wrong, go before His throne. I guess that why the Lord loved King David. He was not a perfect man, but when he did wrong, he quickly run into the presence of the Lord and that’s what many of us need to do. Don't be fooled by the enemy that if you are not perfect God wants no part of you. Instead, my friends it the opposite way, God wants you. God loves all of us, because He created us in His image. He said you are good. The bible teaches us that once we come to know Christ and acknowledge Christ as our Lord and savior our eyes are now open. This is what His words say in Ephesians 4:14-15 , “Then we will no longer be infants, tossed

Shine

Image
Let you light shine The word for today is simple, trust, trust and more trust in the Lord. The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?2 When the wicked advance against me to devour[a] me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall.3 Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident. 4 One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. 5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent and set me high upon a rock. 6 Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord.(Psalm 27:1-6). Amen   Be encouraged and forever tr

Rejoice

Image
Rejoice in the Lord Are you trusting in the Lord? The Lord reminds us to “be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil (Joel 2:23-24). Praise be to his Holy name. Hallelujah! This is God’s promises to us that we must rejoice because he is faithful. In just a matter of time you will receive what you are trusting in the Lord for. Just take heed that God knows the appointed time to release your blessings. He is never late, but always on time. Be aware that you are next in line. And maybe today might just be your day. Nevertheless, keep praying, believing, and continue to trust in the Lord for he is always faithful. Don’t worry, don’t fret, don’t give in or give up. But give it to Jesus and as you wait, rejoice. Rejoice, rejoice, rejoice, and rejo

Trust

Always Trust in the Lord "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct[a] your paths"(Proverbs 3:5-6). Every day as life situation hits us, we tend to put off the problems, until tomorrow. STOP; face your problems and situations today, so you can have a better tomorrow.   People love to ask others, but point is they can only tell you what they think. At the end of the day the choice is up to you. PUSH and trust the Holy Spirit. You will find solutions to all your problems. Be Blessed.

Run

Image
God Loves You When you are grounded in the word of God, nothing will affect you. It’s not just good enough to hear the word of God from others. It is better when you know, it for yourself. Let’s suppose you want to run a race, would you practice daily or would you just sit back and when it is time, to race you run? Of course not! You will do what you have to do to get yourself in shape for the race. You will eat healthier, walk, etc. Nevertheless, you are expecting to succeed, because you have put in the work. Now let us look at our spiritual life. Suppose you are in conflicts, what will you do? Would you run to a friend, Pastor, or therapy? Maybe or maybe not! However, when you are grounded in the word, you will run directly to Christ Jesus, because he has all the answers you need. But you cannot run to him unless, you are trained to know, who he is. How do you become trained? You become trained by spending time in His word. Paul said, “ 25 everyone who competes in the games

Help

Image
God is with You “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.”(Psalm 50:15) When you are in trouble, who do you call? Do you call a friend or family member? Or do you call on Jesus? Well you better learn to call on the name of the Lord, for he will deliver you in your times of troubles. God has delivered many of us out of troubles a million times. Yet when we are faced with another situation, we sometimes tend to panic. We get scared, we worried and sometimes we run from the trials. But guess what, there’s no need to worry or panic, when you know who you are and whom you belongs too. There are times when I find myself in a situation and I begin to panic, if I don’t snap out of it, it would take me over. Each time, I remind myself of the word and promises of God. I know if he brought me out the previous battle, he will bring me out of this one. And as easy as it sounds, I can be difficult, if you are caught off guard and you didn't

Promise

Image
God is Faithful When God makes a promises, He will fulfill it. Many times you have to remind yourself of God promises over and over and over until you feel better. Don’t think that you can speak to it one time and it gets better. No the enemy will speak over and over until he gets you to believe a lie. But when you know who you are and whom you belong too, you better be, prepare to reject all the negative words and speak positive ones until you see changes. My friend, I too have struggles but I never stop believing because I have learned to understand, God works best when I believe. He responds when I hold on to my faith and trust in his promises until the end. Sometimes, I have to remind myself of who I am and whom I belongs too. And trusts me if I have to do it all day until I feel better, guess what, I do. Because I know God promises never to leave me or forsake me. If God can do it for others in Bible and he has done it for me, rest assured that he will do it for you.
