Always stand on the promises of God!

“The Lord is my Light and my Salvation—whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?”(Psalm 27:1)

It is amazing that after the rain, the rainbow comes out. It looks beautiful and it reassures that the sun will shine again. It is as though the rain only fell for a few moments. As you look at the rainbow, its amazing color reminds you of how awesome our God is. Have you ever felt like; it is always raining on your parade? It’s doesn’t matter what you do or where you go, you can't seems to find your way. We guess what; know that after every storm, the sun must shine. Know that God is your rainbow in your rain.

My friends, you must know who you are and whom you belongs to. Don’t allow disappointments of yesterday or even today stop you from trusting in the Lord. Recognize that there is power in the name of Jesus, to break every yoke. It’s doesn’t matter how bad the storm is, Jesus will be your anchor and you shall not be moved. Dare to ALWAYS stand on the Solid Rock (Christ).

Most time the trials or obstacles of life, comes to elevate us into better things. Just as the rain falls and washes everything away, it begins to blooms again. There is nothings like a shower from heavens. And even though your situations rain now, know that God is and will always be with you. When you dare to stand on his promises you are sure to receive your break through. Your rainbow looks brighter than ever, because it shows that God is in control. Don’t be discourage, but rest assured that God will always take care of you when your trust is in him. Remember you rainbow is waiting for you. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.
