Unconditional love

Jesus loves us, despite our faults. Last week, I spoke about Jesus bring corrections to those he loves. Despite him correcting you, realize it is for your own good. Nevertheless, Jesus Always loves you. Think of it this way, if we were “perfect man” there would be no need for the Lord in our lives. Why? Because we can fix all our problems and take care of ourselves and do what we want to do. But for those of us, who trust in the Lord, know we are nothing without him and that’s why we need him in our daily walk.

The bible tells us that children are blessings. And since we are God’s children, we are a blessing. Whether we always do the right thing or not Jesus still loves us. His words said, he looked beyond our FAULTS are saw our needs. How much more do we need to know Jesus loves us? In life we all will face trials and tribulations. There will be times we do the right thing and other times we may not. However, if, we make a wrong or bad choice, it does not disqualify God, from loving, blessings and caring for us. Without mistakes, there will be no miracle.

The word, for today is simple. Despite your wrong choices, faults, disobedience, whatever, know that Jesus loves you and he always will. “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.(Romans 5:8). “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.”(Romans 8:1-6). Amen. Trust in the Lord, and if you happen to be in self-pity come out and know that you are the love of Jesus’s eyes. Be blessed.

How to Self-care

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others. No one wants to work for their own. Rather they desire other people blessings and spend endless time trying to obtain it. But thank God for Jesus.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Had I receive my blessings too earlier, I would have missed his true power being manifest in my life. I would be lost in the world without any hope for my future. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words.
