Looking Forward
Faithful
Can you see Jesus in your situation? |
“Therefore,
rid yourselves of all malice and all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and slander of
every kind. 2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you
may grow up in your salvation, 3 now that you have tasted that the Lord is
good” (1 Peter 2:1-3). Amen
There are times we all go through struggles in life.
How we chose to handle it is on us and God. Nevertheless, when you give your
complete life to Christ Jesus all old things has passed away and everything
becomes new. Yet, simple as it sounds it can be difficult for some. None of us
is perfect. But we serve a God who is. And the bible teaches us that we must
let go of all things and place it in the hands of God. My friends, we cannot
say that we serve God and yet we have malice, deceit, un-forgiveness, hatred in
our hearts against one another. That’s not of God. Whether or not others might
have wronged us or we have wronged them, we must learn to forgive, give it to
Jesus and move on.
Many times we missed out on our blessings because we
hold on to all and old things. We continuously talk about it. We complain and
fail to realize that God is in the process of blessings us. Don’t allow old
things to keep you down in life. When we were brought into this world, God knew
us before we were born. He knew what we can and cannot handle. Therefore he
gives to us nothing too hard for us to handle. The word for today is simple,
stop reminiscing on your pass and pass it onto to Jesus. Look at what is in
front of you, who is for you that is Jesus and move on. Stop blaming other,
grow up and be known for the man and woman God has called you to be. Remember
you cannot have a testimony without a test. And there is no test without any
trials. If you made it this far, you must believe that God will never leave you
or forsake you. Be Blessed.
