Jesus is your Judge
Test and trials comes into our life to strengthen and empower us. There are time when you are going through your trials, you feel alone. But know that's a lie from the enemy himself. You must know and know that God is always with you; he will never leave or forsake you. We all need to go through the fire. There is no escape, but comfort when you know that God is with you. No one should expect to get a victory without any fight. If your back was not against the wall, would you call on Jesus? For some of us of course not! We will not call on him, because there was not a need. Our backs against the wall represent our trials. ? My friends, whether your back is against the wall or not, you must learn to call on Jesus, every minute, every second, and at all times.

When we overcome that means we have won the battle. Each time as you grow strong and stronger in the Lord and you become depended on him, be prepare for some full blown attacks. But guess what? The battle has already won in Jesus name. We must become like the three Hebrew boys, who know, and know and know that God will deliver them. Because of their faith and bravery to believe in Christ, he did come through for them. How many of us can firmly stand the fire and know that you wouldn't get burn.

 I tell you there are times I start to cry in that fire, but when I strength myself in the Lord, I tell you the enemies better start running. I don't know about you, but as for me, I intend to walk into my double this year. I will not look at what is going on my right or left. Who likes me or not. Or any negative words or comments the enemy sends my way. But I will persevere and overcome, because I know my blessings are in front of me and not behind. This is what the three Hebrew boys said, ….“King Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. 17 If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to deliver us from it, and he will deliver us[c] from Your Majesty’s hand. 18 But even if he does not, we want you to know, Your Majesty, that we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up.”(Daniel 3:16-18). Wow! Amen. Well said! How many of us can say these words when we are in the fire. I tell you this much, the words of God says that we must go through the fire to be purify like the precious gems we are. So, I want my gem to shine. I will take refuge in knowing God is with me and I will overcome. As matter of fact, I have already overcome in Jesus name. Amen. What about you? Be blessed and trust in the Lord.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree.
