Abundance of Rain

Trust in the Lord...


How many of you desperately want to see the abundance of rain? I know I do. When your garden is dry, and you want it to flourish, you need to seek the Heavenly Father, so he can rain down on you. Have you ever notice when rain falls and there is a dead or malnourished garden how it comes alive.

Well, that’s what some of us need. We need showers of blessings to rain down, rain down on us in Jesus name, Amen. But guess what? I can smell and hear the abundance of my blessings come down, because I know the Lord, God Almighty is faithful to those who hope is in him.

Do you remember the story of Elijah in 1kings 18:41-45, where there was a drought in the Land, because it did not rain for three years. The Prophet Elijah went to pray earnestly, on the top of mountain Carmel for rain.  He sent one of his servants many times check at the sea to see if there was rain. He went first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth times and there was no rain.  But! On the seventh time, he saw something.  Then he said, “Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, “There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!” So he said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you.’”45 Now it happened in the meantime that the sky became black with clouds and wind, and there was a heavy rain. So Ahab rode away and went to Jezreel. 46 Then the hand of the Lord came upon Elijah; and he girded up his loins and ran ahead of Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.” Amen, hallelujah!

You might be feeling like your situation is not getting better, because you have been praying for changes many times, and don’t see anything. But let me tell you my friends, the devil is a liar, from the pits of hell. When you are determining, and you can smell and see the abundance of your blessings, NOTHING can stop you! You be like and an express train, not stopped until you reached your destination. You will put your hands to the plow and push until you reap your harvest. Don’t give up and don’t give in to NOTHING, that you think is not going to bless you.  Let it be rooted in your heart that you are not leaving the presence of the Lord, the same way you enter. For there must be a difference between those who serve the Lord and those who do not!

We are children of God, and we don’t settle for LESS! We push and fight, and kick and teardown all ROAD BLOCKS, In Jesus name. Amen.  Despite, what you are seeing, keep praying, keep trusting, keep looking, keep fighting, keep fasting, keep doing what you need to in order to flourish the way God see you. For, I can see the abundance of rain coming, down on us. Are you ready? Be blessed and trust in the Lord.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
