 The Lord….


 God is awesome and wonderful. He is always your present help in times of trouble. There is no other God like Jesus. He is always the author and finisher of our faith. He is the beginning and the end. He knows us before we were in our mother’s womb. Wow isn’t THAT awesome that he knew us before we were made into creation. That’s why he is always our present help in times of trouble and when the time is not troubling.

God loves us more than we can ever understand. His loves is NEVER changing. He cares about what we do and what happens to us. Our job is to stay connected in his presence and allow him to take care of us. Yes, time can be troubling. But that’s why we need to speak to him about all our burdens, HEADACHES, disappointments, etc. When you begin to feel alone and burden down remember God has you back and you are never alone.

The Bible said:
“Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved”.( Psalm 55:22)
“For I, the Lord your God, will HOLD your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.” (Isaiah 41:13)
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will PUT on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?”(Mathew 6:25)
“Come to Me, all you who labor and are HEAVY laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls” (Matthew 11:28-29)
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, LET your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”. (Philippians 4:6-7)
“casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7) Amen

So whatever trials you are going through, know THAT it’s temporary. God is always your present help in times of trouble. Just remember it doesn’t rain every day, nor does the sun shine every day. The only thing that NEVER changes is Jesus. Let your HOPE be in Him. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
