Trust in the Lord...
Today we read many articles on how we can cleanse our body and look good. But even when you have tried all these formula, how many people can raise their hands and say the feel better? Most of the time, many people body looks great, and yet when you hear the things that come out of their mouth you can be surprised. You soon realize that all is not so well after all, with them.

Let me say, none of us is perfect, but we serve a God, who is. And we must try our best to exemplify him through our daily action. What are you saying about yourself, family and problems? Does it line up with the word of God? Are speaking the things that are not as though they were? If not check yourself. The word of God said, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2). Amen. And in another passage he said, “My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. 21 Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; 22 for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. 24 Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips. 25 Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. 26 Give careful thought to the[c] paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. 27 Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil (Proverbs 4:20-27). Amen.

Wow two powerful passages. When we focus and meditate on them we realize every change in our life begins with the renewing and transformation of our minds. Then Jesus instructed us to keep his words in our heart and guard what comes out of our mouth. Why? Because it sounds good, of course not! In order to cleanse our body from mental slavery of the devil, we must follow and obey God’s instruction. We must be obedient to his guidance and accepted what he says. For he always knows what is best for us.


You don’t have to be a good or bad person for the devil to enter in your home, family or mind. Just know once we believe and accept his filth, he thinks you are inviting him. But let me tell you when you know the powers within the name of Jesus, and beings to use it, everything under the sun, on the earth and in the heaven, must and will bow. People of God don’t accept what is not yours when you know who you served. Rest assured that when you know the Lord has set you free, no weapons or demons or anything not of God can stop you!!!!! Just call on the name of Jesus. What problems need to be cleansed in your life? Give it to Jesus, for he heals what needs to be healed. He restores what needs to be restored. He takes away what needs to be taken away, and he adds what needs to be added. Don’t lose hope and NEVER stop trusting in the Lord. He has your back, front, side, middle, and every concern of yours under control. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree.
