Not Forgotten


The Lord is always with you
It’s a blessing when you are a child of God, because he never forgets or forsake you. There are times, you feel as though the Lord is not hearing you. You are in faith, you pray, you fast and you plant seeds. Yet, it appears that there is no result.

But true but told, he does hear your prayers and he sees everything you are doing. He is just waiting for the appointed time to release your blessings. The object of receiving his blessings is to make sure you are doing everything with a right heart? What do I mean by the right heart? Well not just asking for things to impress others. For instance, some people only want God to bless them because the main object is to show off.

That’s not why God blesses us. He blesses us because he wants us to be a blessing to others. He wants his name to be glorified, because had it not been for his grace and mercies, we would not be here. On the other hand some people just want to see us fail. They are wishing and hoping we don’t see our way. But, but but, thank God for the blood of Jesus, for when he is for us nothing forming against us can prosper.


Remember, you will face trials and tribulations. Nonetheless he will never forget you. He is always by your side, strengthening and empowering you. He allows problems to come our ways and after we have passed the test, he releases our blessings. In fact he said, “So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him” (Isaiah 59:19).Amen and Hallelujah. You don’t have to worry or be afraid, because Jesus is your refuge. Don’t give up or lose hope. You are not alone and you are not forgotten. Receive the strength of the Lord and continue to hope in the Lord. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Had I receive my blessings too earlier, I would have missed his true power being manifest in my life. I would be lost in the world without any hope for my future. What does disappointment look like?
