Jesus loves you
“Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22)

It’s amazing what praises can do. You don’t have to worry when God is on your side. God is always good and amazing. There are time we all go through trials and tribulations, and if we don’t give it to Jesus, you will find yourself worrying too much. Worry is not of God and it should not be in the vocabulary of Believers.

We must get to the point where we can say Lord I am concern about this matter, what do you think? Our problems do not define us. Rather it is God who define, destroy and changes our problems around according to our faith to trust in him.  Nothing comes easy in this world. But we can rest assured that when God is involve he will make away when it seems to be no way. He will always turn things around for our benefits and the praises belong to him.

Today I want to encourage you. What is your concern? And what is causing you to worry to the point where you cannot focus? It doesn’t matter the answer is Jesus. The solution is Jesus. The possibility is Jesus. Everything things is Lord, Jesus I need your help and I give all my burdens to you. The challenge is to leave it in his hands and don’t pick it up once you have given it to him. Don’t allow the negative words from the enemy cause you to doubt if God is for you. But trust that he is for you and no weapon forming against you shall prosper, in Jesus name.


Cast all you burdens to Jesus and know that he cares for you. No problem, no issues, nothing is too big or too small for him to handle. Let your hope and trust FOREVER be in him. Know that he is your friend, your savior and your provider. Receive the peace of the Lord which surpasses every understanding. Be Blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree.
