May the blessings of the Lord be upon us
What a mighty God we serve. It’s such a blessing when you are doing the work of the Lord. It’s a year ago I began writing. I had no idea where it would take me but I thank God because when he is directing your path you will prosper and you will be able to help others. When God blesses us, he wants us to bless others. We don’t always need money or material things to bless others. Sometimes, it could be simple as listening to them, giving them a huge or encouraging them with the word of God.

Had anyone told me a year ago, I would be sitting writing and encourage many, I would have said no not me because I thought I didn’t have the skills or qualification to write and encourage others. I must say I love working with people. I love to know, that I am able to encourage and empower them. I may not have the financial resources to give to them, but I have the word of God to encourage them.

There is nothing better than giving or sharing the blessings and the word of God. He is the way maker, they provider of all, the blesser of all, they healer of all. Overall, it’s only him who can make away for you.  We must learn to encourage each other and share the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Today, I want to say thank you. Thank you for reading, thank you for encouraging me to write. Thank you for choosing to read my work and allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to you, because without him we are nothing.  I thank God for using me to help encourage you with his words. I pray that his grace and mercies will continue be among us, encouraging and guiding us every day. So again I say thank you and may the blessings of the Lord always be upon you and me guiding our every steps. Thank you and be blessed.


Dear Lord, I give you all the praises and the honor. I thank you for using me to help encourage your people to walk with you daily. Lord may they not see me, but allow them to see you and know you. May you guide, bless and keep them safe. May your grace and mercies over take them and reach their heart’s desire. Lord, may you continue to bless and use me to help encourage your people according to you will and mercy in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Had I receive my blessings too earlier, I would have missed his true power being manifest in my life. I would be lost in the world without any hope for my future.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
