Trust, Jesus
What an awesome and wonderful God we serve. There is none like him. For past several days I have many things going on. This week school open and I had to get kids ready. I return out to work. One of my relatives died and we have to make funeral arrangements. I have to find time to read the word of God and also write the blog. But I thank God with everything going on, his peace truly surpass every understanding.

Sometimes in life we have so many things going out. But we should never make it affect our relationship and responsibility to God. We must remember that we CANNOT do anything without his presence. We may attempt to do things on our own, but, we will not accomplish it all in our own strength.  Sometimes as I sit and look at all the things I have to do and how God has given me the strength to do it I thank God. Because I know had it not been for him, I don’t know where I would be.

Today you might have a lot going on your plate. You might have family problems, financial problems, health problems, problems on you job, or with a friend, etc. It doesn’t matter what it is, give it to Jesus. Know with a certainty that he will never leave you or forsake you and he will make away when it seems to be no way.  Just remember when it feels overwhelming call on the name of Jesus and he will direct your path.


Understand that no problem or situation is too big or small for God to handle. As a matter of fact your victory can be today. It can be this very moment. “O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me. Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; Let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause. 4 Show me Your ways, O Lord; Teach me Your paths.5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.6 Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercies and Your loving kindnesses, For they are from of old” (Psalm 25:2-6) .Amen.  Whatever is going on, trust in the Lord. What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
