Acknowledge

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct[a] your paths”( Proverbs 3:5-6).

It’s so amazing, when God is in control of your life. Things moves much smoother and sometimes faster. We are nothing without him. He is our Father and he always takes care of the needs of those he loves. God is truly amazing. He is a father to the fatherless. He is a mother to the mother-less. He is a brother to brother-less, and sister to sister-less. Whatever you’re needs are, recognize he is the answer to all of it!

God does not require much from us. He wants us to acknowledge him in everything we do. Communicate with him daily and a have heart which is open to accept him. How have things been in your life lately? Are you going forward or are you like the children of Israel, who was go around and around in the wilderness?  If you find that nothing is going the way you expect, then Jesus is your answer. We must come to the understanding that we cannot and will not accomplish all we want if we don’t surrender all to Jesus. When we try in our own strength, we will get burnt-out faster. But when our trust in the Lord, he will always renew our strength and we will always fly high as the eagle.  Daily, I remind myself to check in and communicate with God. Every day I do my best to acknowledge him and things always work out.

Even when I get upset and I speak with him, and he always corrects me when I am wrong and other times he do what he has to do for me to get the victory. None of us is perfect. You nor I is not. But God wants a vessel which he can mold and spin into his images. For he will forever be the Potter and we will be the clay, which he molds and changes every day. Do you want to move forward? If so, seek the presence of God. Surrender all to him. Let him know how much you adore and appreciate him. Let him know how much you’re lost without him. Know that Jesus wants to be you’re everything, including the Father who ALWAYS provides for his children. Take time today and speak with him and see yourself moving forward. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
