Faith is……

 Trusting
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

When we have faith to stand on the promises of God we are saying to God, we trust in you no matter what our situations looks like. Faith is to trust and trust and trust until you can’t trust no more, but still trusting. It means never to give up on your believe that God is faithful and He will do what he promises. However, when we are in the fire, it seems, we are faced with many thoughts to quit, to run, to give in and to give up. But that’s when we have to press forward, knowing that our victory is closer than we thinks.

Many times in life I am faced with various trials. Yet, I encouraged myself to stay steadfast on the promises of God. Most time I have to pray and pray without seizing. For I discovered that when they enemy darts seems to be intensified and if not careful I can get burned.  Yet the presence of the Lord is never far away. For He encourages us that we should mediate on his words day and night, so in times of troubles we can remind ourselves of who we are and whom we belongs too.

Nothing is life is easy. But when your faith is trusting in the Lord and you have a personal relationship with Him for yourself, nothing else matter. It’s not what man says that define you, but what God says and what you believe of yourself. My friends we all have faults and we all makes mistakes. Nevertheless when you are faithful to God and have a relationship with Him, forgiveness is always merciful and abundant. Don’t disqualify yourself and don’t stop trusting in the Lord. It is your faith that will see you through your trials. Stay blessed and remember God is always faithful. Be Blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree.
