Run to Jesus

 Trusting
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters, 3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths
for his name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley,[a] I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23)

There are times where you just have to celebrate during your trials. Rejoice because God is with you and he promises never to leave us or forsake. What a mighty God we serve. Oh my friends celebrate this morning and sing a new song unto your Lord. Give him all the honor and praises. Worship His Holy name, for He is above all. God is faithful and his love endures forever.


Who are you going to run to when you are faced with problems? Let it be Jesus. When all seems lost, run to Jesus. When it late in the mid night hours, call on Jesus. Whatever you are facing, Jesus is the answer! I don’t know about you but as for me, the answer and solutions to all my problems is JESUS! He has never failed and He will not fail any time soon. Be of good faith and courage this day. Trust that God will make away when it seems to be no other way. Remember he is faithful to those who are faithful to him. So what’s going to be? Jesus or not! Be blessed and always trust in the Lord.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
