Jesus loves Me!
“And He said, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”(Exodus 33:14)

We are only human and we try to do so much in our own strength only to find that we can become over worked.  Yes with so much going on it is impossible for us to accomplish any task in our own strength. When we don’t seek the presence of the Lord we become overwhelmed and exhausted.  And that’s not what God has called us to be. He didn't say we must try to do everything in our own strength but he requires that we must spend time in his presence. He wants us to spend time reading his word, praying and fasting so our spirit and physical man can become strengthen.

Have you ever feel like you are running on low? Well guess what my friends, it time to slow down, and surrender all to Jesus. Ask him for help and guidance. Know that you can never do all things in your own strength but you can do all things through Christ Jesus. There are times, when I try to do too much. If I am not carefully to seek God guidance and seek his help, every task can seemed too overwhelming. I can become frustrate, without not realizing, I am trying to do too much too in my own strength.


But once, I recognize that I have God who is there to help me things becomes easier. We don’t need to worry or we don’t need to fix everything. Rather all we need to do is speak to God about that which we need help in and that which is troubling our mind and he will work it out. None of us is perfect but we trust in a God who is and many times we just have to rest in presence and everything will be alright.   Whatever you are struggling with, do not be afraid to ask the Lord for help. Allow him to come in and give you rest and peace. Don’t worry but surrender all to Jesus and he will make away for you. Be Blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. What does disappointment look like? Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
