Image result for familyHere we are in a new year, but guess what, your family does not come new. Instead you have to keep praying and fighting for them. Just as you are making plans to accomplish things for yourself this year, you need to make a family plan as well. Not, all families are perfect, but as the saying says, blood is thicker than water. What is it you want to see this year in your family members? Is it to love? To find jobs? To be set free from bondages? What is it? The list can be endless. But God said to write the vision for your family members and make it plain and He will do the rest. Trust in the Lord to restore your family.

As He promised to bless your family, from generations to generations, you have to trust in Him. For God said, "but from everlasting to everlasting The Lord's love is with those who fear him and his righteousness with children's children (Psalms 103:17). Therefore if you love and obey God, He will honor your faith to save and bless your family.

So as the New Year begins with new family blessing, keep praying and trusting in the Lord to bless your family members. Hence, know that God can change any family. For He reminds us in in Jeremiah 32:27, "I am The Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?” So be confident that He can change and bless your family in this New Year. The question is, do you believe and trust that He can make the changes? Be bless

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. When I was people-pleasing, I set no boundaries; I wanted to please everyone except myself. Whether someone asked me to do something, I did it. Whether I was exhausted, I got the task done. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.
