Freedom  Come and experience God’s freedom How many of you find yourself in some stick situation(s). May it be a relationship with a person, friend, family etc. What do you do when you can’t make up your mind, on what to do? Well let’s see, give it to Jesus, the one and true living God . You have to be willing to listen and do what He says to do. There are times God give us direction on how to untangle ourselves, but we choose only to listen to some of the instruction. It doesn’t work that way. When God gave you direction, you have to use wisdom on how you deal with the situation. You just don’t say well God is for me, who is against me and speak your mind. No you get killed in some case (lol). But ask God what to do, and how to do, so you come out of your mess! Make sure your are listening to His direction as He guides you out. For Christ is always your navigator, but He uses other to direct you on what to do. People can only guide you, but it is up to you to ta...

 Keep praying for your family!!!  God wants to hear your prayers for your family  You might be saying to yourself, I don’t see any changes in my family. Why I am still praying for them. But keep praying, changes are there, you just don’t see it as yet. Let suppose you want a million dollars, do you pray one time and receive it or do you have to go before God and see what He says before you get it. Some of you might have to open a business before you get your million. Others might have to walk one block and speak with Mr. Harry, etc. But whatever you do, you have to put in work, to receive it. It is the same with your family. You have to put in prayers, daily for them. The more you keep them in prayers, the more you are taking them out of the enemy hands. For God words, say prayers of righteous man prevails much. So don’t give up. Don’t give in and don’t stop praying for your loved ones. Firstborn!  Honestly, God said you are in the right position!  Are you first, second,or third? It's doesn't matter, but for this purpose, today we will focus on the blessings of a firstborn, child. In the bible it states that the blessings are always passed down to the eldest child in the family. Whoever is the first, they will receive a bigger blessings ( that’s does not mean God doesn’t bless other siblings ).    However, there are times when a person refuses to follow God's instruction and He transfer the blessings to one who is obedient, to Him. Nevertheless, if you choose not to accept what God is given to you, it's own you!  Be mindful, that God can and will transfer the wealth to a more responsible person.  For He is faithful, to those who are faithful and obedient to Him. Serious! I feel like running  But God says don’t run!!!!!    Several weeks ago, I was sharing my thoughts on the importance of firstborn children. Someone mentioned, how they sometimes, feel that they are always there for their family members and no one is there for them. Most of the time, when you are the oldest in your family, you tend to carry the burdens. Everyone looks up to you and you are expected in one way or another to set the example. Many of you are the eldest in your family. When you are the oldest in your family you have lots and lots, of responsibilities.  God say, yes you  Why Me? Can you image being the most committed one in your family and no one has any respect for you. They call you out of your name.  Even when you are being nice and showing them respect, they say all kind of things about you etc. You might be saying yes that me and it is unfair. Not Every Credit Is Good! What are you deposing? Here you are in your in your own strength.   Trying to do things, hoping that people would like you, only to find out they don’t. On several occasion you spoke to me and said I am and worried. I said what about. You said, “What the point working on the job for no credit”. Another time someone else said, “I work so hard to build my reputation and look what happen”.   So I thought to take your concerns to my Father and this is what He said, whose credit are you looking for? To look for credit from a man will cause you to be disappointed and more in debt. But to look for credit from Christ will cause you to be rich. The word of God says “ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. Yeah! Marriage in Family    Sweetness of Family  As I work on this last letter Y in family, I couldn't happen to notice, it falls on Thanksgiving Day. When I started my first posted on Our Family, I had no idea that it was going to bring me this far. But praises be to God.   Yes, today is Thanksgiving, where we spent time with loved ones, friends, neighbors etc. But we must remember that Thanksgiving is everyday with Christ.   For God is constantly working on your family. We have begun a good work in our family because of God’s grace. The challenges are to review what you have learned and acknowledge the changes God has done in your family.   In some cases, he has already done it and other cases, He is, and will continue to work on your family. Jesus can and will help you Worried How many people are worried about their today, tomorrow and future? The word of God says in Mathew 11:28-30, “ Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Our job is to cast our burdens to Jesus because he cares for you. Worry Why do you worry so much? Is it because you don’t want to hurt anyone Is it because you think you could fix the situation Why Worry The Lord says, why worry about tomorrow, for today have enough trouble Why worry about what happen yesterday, because you cannot go back Instead, think about what you can accomplish today And know that tomorrow is another day Put your trust in Him, to supply your daily needs.   What does Jesus sees when He looks? Mirror Dilemma What is the reflection you see in the mirror? Do you see love? Do you see hate? Do you see beautiful? Do you see ugly? Do you see a woman of God? Before, I completely, give my life to Christ Jesus I heard of the passages in James, 1:23-24, which says " Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like". The old worldly, me, thought this is nonsense. I said I knew what I look like. Especially if you know you looked “good”. I would look in the mirror and when I walk off, throughout the day I tried to remember what I look like.   But the Lord said, the mirror is inside (your heart). What’s Your Career Choice? God’s hands working on your career.  Have you ever ask yourself, what is the best profession? I did. For I have discovered, we all have our own profession(s). Some of us are working in our profession. Some are not and others are working on it. Nevertheless, what every God gave to you, be good at it and know that you are bless.   On one of my journey, I wanted to know what the best profession. For quite a while, in several conversations with many people at different times, I notice they were unhappy in their profession. Some are always changing, not knowing what they want.   Some people have a sense that they want a profession, which makes money. And in some cases, they desire another person job. Whose team are you on? Team We all want to be on a team. Teams can be formed by groups, association, likes, etc. There are husband and wife teams. There are family teams. They are a work team. There are a friend team and the list goes on and on. But, then I realize what's the point of having a team, if everyone is not on the same page. I thought about Jesus’s team. When He first came and walked on the earth who wanted to be on His team? For it is true, the ins, and going team does not always wins the race. But it is the team who endures and trust in God will win the race. For Paul said, “ do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize ”. (1 Corinthians 9:24) .   Sometimes we find our self, competing to be in a certain team and realizing we all don’t have the same agenda. Love is not a condition in our Family, but a Must !!!! I love you as Christ do Many times it is hard to genuinely love our family members. The word of God teaches us to love because He says it covers a multitude of sins. But seriously, it is easier said than done. Have you ever tried to love your family and experience rejection? And you ask yourself what is the point. Don’t be upset with yourself. I have been there, but the word of God always brings me back to His grace and mercy. How many times do we question God when our eyes lies that our family members are not changing.  The Lord led me to this passage in John 8:7 which states “ When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.”   This was a story where the Pharisees, brought a woman before God because she committed a sin and they want to know what Jesus has to say. Trust in Christ only!!!! Happy People As I look around, I see many people who live by feelings. Feelings are emotions that today you are happy and tomorrow you are sad. But the word of God teaches us to live by faith, walk in faith and not by sight or emotions. Those who trust in themselves are fools, but those who walk in wisdom are kept safe. ( Proverbs 28:26) When you only live by feelings, you only open the doors for disappointments in your life. You have no room for improvements. Because when you are happy, things is good. When you are sad, things are bad. Therefore, your life would be like a roll coaster.
