Hold On

 Changes
God is ALWAYS faithful....
“There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil(Job 1:1)

When you are facing any trials, what do you do after you have done all you can do? Well you hold on to your faith. You hold to your belief, knowing that God will deliver. Sometimes, you mind, you whole body can be feel likes it being bombarded with negative things. You try your best to ignore it. You plea the blood of Jesus, yet you are feeling tired and weary, but guess what? Hold on changes is coming. God is coming to your rescue. Don’t give in and don’t give up.

As I think of Job, he probably was frustrated, because he trusts in the Lord. Yet everything he had was lot. His family, his wife, his possessions, nevertheless, he never lost his faith to trust in Jesus. Maybe in his darkness moments, all he can do is meditate on the word of God. Maybe he sang worship songs the whole time, maybe he cried. But one thing he did do was to let the Lord know much he loved and need him. Job never stopped trusting in the Lord, throughout his trials. My friends, there are times when you are in the fire and all you can do is cry out to the Lord. Let him, know how much you need him. Let God know how much you are lost without him. Just as God rescue Job who was faithful, so will he do for you. (Read book of Job)


Never think God is late, because he is always on time. I don’t know about you but I will keep on trusting in the Lord despite, how I feel, think and see. If I have to cry out day and night for him to rescue me, I will. Sometimes, you have to make your request of your problem be known unto the Lord and he will hear your cry.  As long you are standing on the Rock, nothing forming against you shall prosper. Today take some time and speak with the Lord. Let him know what’s troubling you. Let him know that you will not leave his presence without changes. Don’t be discouraged, know that changes are coming. As a matter of fact, changes have already begun. Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree.
