Lord Help ME!!!!
There are times when we have an assignment to complete and you get a BIG headache.  You were fine, but the minute you know you have to do something, there it a sudden headache. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Yes, that nasty migraine, where you can think and all you do is focus on the pain. Well the devil is a liar, IJN. For the past couple of weeks I have just been on a move, move mode. I have many things to accomplish and I am trying to accomplish them one by one.
Then I realize, as I prepare to study some materials, my God headache as crazy, that’s when I know I am on the right track. I realize that the enemy will send all kinds of distractions to you when he knows you are getting ready to walk into your promised land. The word of God said, “Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15).  Yes, there are times you are going to feel upbeat and ready for battle and there are times, you just don’t want to battle. But guess what? That’s time you have to push. Don’t spent time talking to its and the situations, but take it to God in prayers.  I tell you the truth, they are times I have strength and other times, I have to pray for it. But, I know being a good worker, when doing God’s works or my own personal work, that I need to put in my best and God will do the rest.
It is not always easy, but with God grace and mercy it is possible. Today encourage yourself and know that you are awesome and great. Spent some times in God presence and he will take away every headache that is not of him. He will replace it with PEACE. Be blessed and stop talking to your its’ and pay no attention to your headaches, but give it to God.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words.
