My Comfort

Jesus is your comfort!!!
During the storms, you sometimes feel despair. But the word of God encourages us not too, give up. Nevertheless, there are times when you feel feed up. You feel as though you want to quit but you know and know that is not the answer. That’s why the word of God teaches us not to live by feelings. For feelings are unstable. Today you can be happy and yet at the same time sad.
To overcome any situation one needs to find balance. Balance is what keeps you mentally stable, to overcome. What is balance? Balance is Christ Jesus himself. For it is only he who knows all things about you and has the power to address your situations as he sees fit. When you begin to feel all the negative emotions, train yourself to start listening for the Spirit of Christ Jesus deep within yourself, which says to hold on change, is coming.
We must become aware that Christ Jesus is always our comforter and present help in time of trouble. We need to understand that we are never alone, when we are faced with many, many, trials. But  we have to  seek the him, so we can receive comfort. “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God:” (2 Corinthians 1: 3-4).
If you don’t look for  the words to comfort you, you will never find it. That’s why it is important that you get to know Christ Jesus for yourself. So when you are faced with trials and tribulations of life, you know where to find comfort.  Know that if you don’t look for God to help you, you will never find the solutions to your problems. The best person to take all your problems too, is Christ Jesus himself. What problems are you faced with today? Rest assure, if you look for Jesus, he will answer. Know, and know that he is able. Be blessed and give all your problems to him.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
