Trust in the Lord, ALWAYS
There are times you just have to let you light shine and give God the glory, despite your circumstances. Sometimes, the enemy will try to make you feel guilty because you find yourself at a stand still waiting for God’s directions. But the devil is and always will be a liar. He has one thing on his mind. That is to kill steal and destroy.

But when you are a child of God, you IGNORE the negative voices and in tune your ears to hear the voice of the Lord.  Yesterday, I was very overwhelmed because I had some assignments to do. At one point, I was speaking with my friend and she said to me, calm down you just upset. Take it easy and do one thing at a time. I got home and began to pray despite my feelings.

When I couldn’t pray anymore, I listen to music and sometime, in the stillness of my quit apartment, I would worship. Before I knew it, God had helped me to accomplish most of my assignments. But earlier I felt to quit.  Nevertheless I keep saying God didn’t bring me this far to give up. There are times when you look at all your problems, you find yourself worrying and down cast.

But I discover, when you look at who is for you that is Jesus, you will overcome. You will make it when it seems to be no way and God will give you the strength you need to get the job done. It is best that you make no decision when you are frustrated. But rather, wait until you are calm and wait to hear from the Lord. Rest assured that he will never leave you or forsake you.


The bible said, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).Amen. You best believe that this passage is true in times of your struggles. Listen it doesn’t matter what is going on. Know that the Best is yet to come. And all you have to do is keep your faith alive to trust and believe that God will give to you, what he promises. Don’t let your light stop shine because of your current situation. Instead shine brighter, knowing that God will come through for those whose hope, is in him. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time.     In life, you will experience many disappointments. But the one person you cannot afford to disappoint is yourself. When everyone has let you down, you must learn to encourage yourself. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
