God loves us with our faults
God is amazing and when he loves you, he truly loves you.  Many of us have heard of the bible verse which says “Whoever spares the rod hates their children, but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them (Proverbs 13:24). Amen. Now when we literally think of it, it does not mean physically disciplining your children. But rather correcting them when they are wrong and explained to them what they did wrong etc.

God loves each of us. Nevertheless, they are times we stray away. But he comes out looking for us and brings us back to him. So, how do we know God loves us? He looks beyond our faults and mistakes and see our needs. Well, let me say for past couple of days, I was unable to post, let say my mind was on vacation mode for lack of better word. So here I was thinking that I am committed to God’s work and yet find myself “chill-laxing”, acting as though I can take a break and all is well. The devil is a liar, in Jesus Holy name. Amen

I keep telling myself, I need to get back on track. Yet, finding it difficult to stay focus and on task. So how do I know God loves me? Well, I decided to go to bible study yesterday, and the woman of God was preaching on the people in the book Ephesians, on how they start off doing the will of God and God was pleased. But when she went over to Revelation, those same people lost their FIRE for God and God spoke with them saying, he saw everything they did. But he found fault in them because they were not doing what they did in the beginning.


Well, let me tell you that was a big bite of OMG, I need reality check, because it was sounding a little like me. Nevertheless, God is good. The message was good. It showed that God truly cares about us and what we do and don’t. As the saying goes it not how you start but how you finish. So guess what? I intend to continue God’s work and finish strong!!!!!! In Jesus name. Amen. Even if you have falling off track God still loves you. Get back on track and let your FIRE burn. Be blessed.

What is self-care? When we think of self-care, we usually think of a vacation, going to the spa, shopping, or spending time alone. This can be true, but how do you care for yourself when you constantly put everything and everyone in front of you? Whether it is your spouse, family, children, friends, work, etc. Some people consider self-care selfish, but no one will care for you if you don’t care for yourself. There was a time when I cared for everyone, expecting myself. Don’t get me wrong, I still care for others, but I ensure self-care first. Create in me a clean heart Lord Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations.2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God (Psalm 90:1-2). There is no body like Jesus. My friends every day we must make it our business to connected to God. We have to make sure that our heart is clean and righteous before Him. The days are becoming shorter and shorter and at any moment God can come. The question we must answered, is our priority in order? I don’t know about you but I want to make sure my heart is clean every day before the Lord. I want the Lord to create a clean heart and renew His spirit within me. Relax, Jesus is with you! Despite how things are currently looking, don’t through in the towel, just hold on. Help is on its way. God is an amazing God who never ceases to stop helping and guiding us, once we keep our part to trust and acknowledge him. Sometimes as I sit and look at situation in my life and around me, I cannot stop thanking the Lord because I know he is my defender. For I acknowledge that none of the battles I face is mines, but the Lord. Don’t get frustrated and don’t come out from under the covering of God, because know once he is for you, who can be against you. Today we live in a world where people are jealous of others.  Beauty Patience is truly divine, when you are waiting on the Lord. The beauty about patience, is when your complete trust is in the Lord, alone you know that he will always rescue you, despite, what your natural eyes is seeing. Sometimes, while waiting the time seems like it’s not moving and other times it is moving too fast. Nevertheless, God is always on time. Today, I give God praise because he did not give to me, my blessings when I thought I need it. Rather it was on his time. Be BOLD in Christ, Jesus! “And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word” (Acts 4:29). God is amazing and his love for us endures forever. There are times when situation arise in our life and we must confront it immediately. Don’t wait to assess it rather nip in the roots ASAP before it grows and become a tree. How many of you could recall that when you were in the world you were bold. The minute anyone looks at you the wrong way, you were ready to cut them up with either a look or words. Yes, I raised my hands. Some of you might still be that way, but when the enemy sends trouble your way, your mouth is closed.
